10x-pert Workshop: Towards High Resolution Epigenomics – Analyzing and Visualizing Single Cell ATAC-seq Data

June 20 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am PDT

Join us to learn about analyzing and visualizing single cell ATAC-seq data (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing). Using Loupe Cell Browser, an easy-to-use visualization tool, navigate genome-wide chromatin accessibility profiles and discover epigenetic heterogeneity at single cell resolution. Our 10x-pert hosts will give a presentation followed by an open Q&A session. In this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • Identify cell types based on chromatin accessibility
  • Find promoters and transcription factor motifs that differentiate distinct cell types
  • Leverage other data types such as ChIP-seq using the UCSC Genome Browser to support cell type identification

10x-perts:

  • Michael Campbell, Senior Software Engineer, Field Operations
  • Hank Tu, Staff Software Engineer, Field Operations
  • Zuly Peralta, Support Scientist

Bring your questions and we look forward to seeing you there!
