AACR 2018 Booth #2042

avril 14, 2018 - avril 18, 2018

The theme for the upcoming AACR Meeting: “Driving Innovative Cancer Science to Patient Care.” Presentations at the Annual Meeting will cover the latest basic, translational, clinical, and prevention-focused research in the field, including important areas such as early detection, cancer interception, and survivorship in all populations. They will feature new sessions on cancer health disparities that have been inspired by one of the important AACR presidential initiatives. They will also be reprising a popular new feature from Annual Meeting 2017, “Unsolved Mysteries,” featuring provocative questions and their in-depth discussion by speakers and members of the audience.

We look forward to meeting you at booth 2042 or at any of our events!

We are pleased to announce that over 30 abstracts use 10x technology at AACR this year.

Revealing the True Biology of Cancer

Comprehensive analysis of tumor heterogeneity and the tumor microenvironment is critical for understanding the cellular and molecular basis for disease. We will show how 10x Chromium Single Cell RNA and Immune Profiling Solutions enable the comprehensive characterization of the tumor microenvironment. We will also show how the Single Cell CNV Solution can identify individual and population-level effects of tumor heterogeneity in cancer.

Sunday, April 15
1:30 – 2:30pm

Exhibitor Spotlight Symposium, Theater A

  • Chair & Introduction: Anushka Brownley, Strategic Marketing, 10x Genomics
  • Understanding Population and Tumor Heterogeneity in Cancer Disparities: John D. Carpten, PhD, Keck School of Medicine, USC
  • Single Cell RNA-seq Unveils Mechanisms of Resistance to T-Cell Therapy: Aude G. Chapuis, MD, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Single Cell Genomics: Addressing Challenges in Cancer Research
