Cloud Analysis now offers a beta pipeline for generating cell type annotations from Cell Ranger count and multi outputs. The cell annotation pipeline will be available via command line interface in the next release of Cell Ranger.

Space Ranger v3.0.1 is now available on Cloud Analysis to support Visium HD Spatial Gene Expression (Visium v1/v2 are not supported). The 10x Genomics Cloud CLI has been updated accordingly. Throughout this website and the Cloud Analysis interface, information about uploading FASTQ files has been generalized to refer to input files, which includes FASTQs, images, and potentially other files in the future. The txg fastqs CLI tool has been replaced with txg files; usage is otherwise nearly identical. Users of the txg files tool can now set the -assumeyes flag to automatically answer yes (Y) when prompted to continue an upload.

Please note that Visium HD Spatial Gene Expression is the only Visium product currently supported on 10x Genomics Cloud Analysis. Support for additional Visium assays will be added in the future.

Cell Ranger v8.0.1 is now the default version in Cloud Analysis and includes various bug fixes, detailed in the Cell Ranger Release Notes. Please note that there is a known issue where duplicate pipelines may be displayed for certain analyses. If you encounter duplicate pipelines, disregard the one labeled "Not compatible with the selected input" and proceed with the other available selection.

Cloud Analysis is now available globally with the exception of China, Hong Kong, and countries subject to U.S. embargo. Optional paid services are only available in the United States and Canada. See Usage outside the U.S. and Canada on our Billing page for more information.

Cell Ranger v8.0.0 is now available as the default Cell Ranger version in Cloud Analysis! Cell Ranger v8.0.0 includes support for GEM-X datasets. Learn more about the new GEM-X kit on our Introduction to GEM-X blog post and read about the changes in Cell Ranger v8.0.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes.

Cell Ranger v7.2.0 is now available in Cloud Analysis. Read about the changes in Cell Ranger v7.2.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes. Cloud Analysis does not support BEAM (Antigen Capture) libraries.

Flex multiplexing antibody experiments can now be analyzed by simply providing the sample barcode (labeled as BCxxx); the analysis pipeline can auto detect the antibody barcodes (ABxxx). You can still manually enter both sample and antibody barcodes if preferred. Please note that each barcode must be unique within an analysis; for example, you cannot use BC002 more than once in the same analysis.

Cell Ranger v7.1.0 is now available in Cloud Analysis. Read about the changes in Cell Ranger v7.1.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes. Cloud Analysis does not support BEAM (Antigen Capture) libraries.
