The Chromium Single Cell Gene Expression Solution (with Next GEM technology) provides an unparalleled approach to uncover cell-to-cell gene expression variability and identify rare cell types from complex biological samples. Online training is provided both for the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3′ (v3.1 Chemistry) workflow and software analysis, descriptions of which are provided below.
Workflow Online Training
This online training webinar provides users an introduction to the 10x Genomics technology, it focuses on sample requirements for single cell inputs, and will prepare users to create Single Cell 3ʹ Gene Expression libraries from single cells in their own laboratories. The live webinar includes a question and answer opportunity at the end.
Following this online workflow training, users will receive communication with how-to video instruction and resources to enable them in the lab. Users may choose to attend a live training webinar by selecting one of the offered trainings.

Analysis Online Training
This online training webinar trains users how to run the Chromium Single Cell Software Suite, a set of software applications for analyzing and visualizing single cell 3’ RNA-seq and Feature Barcoding data produced by the 10x Chromium Platform. The software training includes Cell Ranger and Loupe Browser.
