Matched peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy human male donor were processed as described in 10k Human PBMCs Stained with TotalSeq™-B Human TBNK Cocktail, Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3' and 5k Human PBMCs Stained with TotalSeq™-B Human TBNK Cocktail, Chromium NextGEM Single Cell 3'. The datasets were combined using the cellranger aggr pipeline with chemistry batch correction disabled.
