Overview: BJ Fibroblast Euploid Cell Line with a 10% spike-in of cells from MKN-45 Gastric Cancer Cell Line MKN-45 cells were mixed with BJ cell in a ratio of 1:10 (BJ cells were cultured at 10X, passaged 3 times and grown to confluence to synchronize cell into a G1 maintaining state)
