Spatial transcriptomic analysis of FFPE sections mounted on standard glass slides

With CytAssist, we demonstrate spatial transcriptome-scale detection of gene expression in FFPE tissue samples sectioned on standard histology glass slides via the transfer of transcriptomic probes from tissues of varying thickness, RNA quality, size, and origin.
