10x Genomics at #AACR17

Shauna Clark

This year’s annual meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is in Washington, DC on April 1-5 and we’re excited to launch the new Chromium™ Single Cell V(D)J Solution for profiling paired V(D)J transcripts. Come by Booth 1644 for V(D)J Solution demos and don’t miss our 10x sponsored workshop "Comprehensive Single Cell Analysis and Cancer Genomics with the Chromium™ System" on Sunday, April 2nd from 1:30 – 2:30pm.  REGSITER HERE

Workshop speakers include:

  • Tarjei Mikkelsen, PhD, Director of Molecular Biology at 10x Genomics - Tarjei will describe the Chromium System for single cell and genomic analysis and introduce the new Chromium Single Cell V(D)J Solution for profiling full-length paired T-cell receptor or immunoglobulin transcripts from hundreds to millions of lymphocytes.
  • Dr. Hanlee P. Ji, MD, Associate Professor, Stanford University- Dr. Ji will present on the use of the Chromium System to phase tumor genomes and characterize immune cells in a tumor environment. Learn more about the Ji Research Group here: http://dna-discovery.stanford.edu/.
