10k Adult Mouse Brain Nuclei Isolated with Chromium Nuclei Isolation Kit, Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3'

Nuclei were isolated from ~25 mg of fresh frozen C57/Bl6 adult mouse brain purchased from BioIVT following the Chromium Nuclei Isolation Reagent Kits Sample Prep User Guide (CG000505).

Gene Expression libraries were generated as described in the Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits v4 User Guide (CG000731) and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq6000 with approximately 50,000 read pairs per cell.

The cellranger multi pipeline in Cell Ranger v8.0.0 was used to analyze libraries.
