5k Human PBMCs (Donor 1) with Automated Cell Annotation

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy human male donor, aged 18-35 were obtained by 10x Genomics from Cellular Technologies Limited.

Gene Expression libraries were generated as described in the Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits v4 User Guide (CG000731) and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with approximately 39,000 read pairs per cell for the Gene Expression library.

Paired-end, dual indexing libraries were sequenced with this configuration:

• 28 cycles Read 1
• 10 cycles i7
• 10 cycles i5
• 90 cycles Read 2

Libraries were analyzed using the cellranger multi pipeline. Cell type annotations were generated using 10x Genomics automated cell annotation pipeline with the human_pca_v1_beta model.
