In this Application Note, we demonstrate the utility of a novel method that combines GEM-X Flex Gene Expression with detection of cell surface, intracellular, and nuclear protein to identify unique signatures from two kidney cancer patients consistent with selective activation of known tumor-associated signaling pathways.
