Important
The Chromium X Series Firmware v2.1 update will start rolling out the week of July 22nd, 2024. This update will be pushed to Chromium X and iX instruments in phases. Over the following weeks, all users will receive the update. You will be notified on your connected instrument once the update is available for your device.
To download the latest firmware, navigate on your instrument to "System" and select "Firmware Update" for installation. For help connecting your instrument, refer to our support site or contact [email protected].
