Recent Updates

Cell Ranger 8.0.0 is now available as the default Cell Ranger version in Cloud Analysis! Cell Ranger 8.0.0 includes support for GEM-X datasets. Learn more about the new GEM-X kit on our Introduction to GEM-X blog post and read about the changes in Cell Ranger 8.0.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes.

Cell Ranger 7.2.0 is now available in Cloud Analysis. Read about the changes in Cell Ranger 7.2.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes. Cloud Analysis does not support BEAM (Antigen Capture) libraries.

Flex multiplexing antibody experiments can now be analyzed by simply providing the sample barcode (labeled as BCxxx); the analysis pipeline can auto detect the antibody barcodes (ABxxx). You can still manually enter both sample and antibody barcodes if preferred. Please note that each barcode must be unique within an analysis; for example, you cannot use BC002 more than once in the same analysis.

Cell Ranger 7.1.0 is now available in Cloud Analysis. Read about the changes in Cell Ranger 7.1.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes. Cloud Analysis does not support BEAM (Antigen Capture) libraries.

Cell Ranger 7.0.1 and Cell Ranger ARC 2.0.2 are now available in Cloud Analysis. Read about the changes in Cell Ranger 7.0.1 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes and the changes in Cell Ranger ARC 2.0.2 in the Cell Ranger ARC Release Notes.

We are excited to expand the Cloud Instruments platform to support Visium CytAssist! Register your Visium CytAssist in order to access the latest firmware and documentation.

Cell Ranger version 7.0.0 is now available as the default Cell Ranger version in Cloud Analysis! Cell Ranger 7.0 includes support for Fixed RNA Profiling datasets. Learn more about the new Fixed RNA Profiling kit within the Cell Ranger Documentation for Fixed RNA Profiling and read about the changes in Cell Ranger 7.0.0 in the Cell Ranger Release Notes.

Additionally, you can now add custom library metadata to your aggr analyses in Cloud Analysis (e.g. lab or sample origin). These custom library annotations do not affect the analysis pipeline but can be visualized downstream in the Loupe Browser.
