Use the qc_images.html file to check for issues, such as technical artifacts (e.g., tissue detachment, debris), across cycles and channels.

This file provides thumbnail images for:

• RNA detection images for all cycles and channels in the analysis run. The analysis_summary.html shows a subset of these cycles for high-level data quality review.
• Cell segmentation images for all channels and both cycles (Cycle 1: Capture DAPI and the other stain channels in a blank state, Cycle 2: Capture DAPI and the other channels with their respective stains present).

Image pixel values are shown in arbitrary units. The autofluorescence background images are not provided in this file; they are available in the primary analysis summary HTML.
