What is Space Ranger?

Space Ranger is a set of analysis pipelines that process Visium data with brightfield and fluorescence microscope images. Space Ranger allows users to map the whole transcriptome in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) and fresh frozen (FF) tissues.
