Space Ranger is a set of analysis pipelines that process Visium Spatial with brightfield and fluorescence microscope images.

The CytAssist-enabled workflow enables the analysis of Spatial Gene Expression (GEX) alone or with Protein Expression (PEX) data, and offers ease of tissue placement and flexibility in tissue size used for analysis. The CytAssist instrument supports fresh frozen (FF), fixed frozen (FxF), and formalin fixed paraffin emedded (FFPE) tissues.
