Fresh cortex, hippocampus, and ventricular zone from embryonic mouse brain (E18). ~7,700 transposed nuclei were loaded and 4,008 nuclei were recovered.

Samples were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq with approximately 45k read pairs per cell:
