The Visium CytAssist Firmware v2.5 update started release on October 8, 2025. This update is being pushed to CytAssist instruments in phases. Over the weeks following October 8, 2025, all users will receive the update. You will be notified on your connected instrument once the update is available for your device.

To download the latest firmware, navigate to "System" on your instrument and select "Firmware Update" for installation. For help connecting your instrument, refer to our [support site](/support/instruments/visium-cytassist/visium-cytassist-network-connectivity-guidelines) or contact support@10xgenomics.com.
