Join us for a hands-on workshop to explore the Xenium In Situ Gene Expression data analysis journey. We'll begin by covering key Xenium data analysis concepts and discussing important considerations for Xenium panel design using human cancer datasets. Next, we'll assess data quality using the analysis summary, before diving into Xenium Explorer for in-depth data exploration. Building on these insights, we'll then utilize community-developed tools to further investigate the tumor microenvironment. We'll integrate two Xenium Prime 5K datasets to gain a deeper understanding of the diverse functions of macrophages within the tumor microenvironment. The workshop will conclude with an opportunity for each participant to discuss their individual analysis roadmap with guidance from 10x Genomics experts.
