Cell Ranger is our set of analysis pipelines. Fixed RNA Profiling data generated from Single Cell Gene Expression Flex is analyzed with the same Cell Ranger software as for other Single Cell Gene Expression products. Loupe Browser
Loupe Browser is our easy-to-use visualization software that lets you quickly and interactively find significant genes, cell types, and substructure within your single cell data. No programming required. Fixed RNA Profiling data is visualized with the same Loupe Browser software as for Single Cell Gene Expression products. The documentation for visualizing Fixed RNA Profiling gene expression data is currently available on the Single Cell Gene Expression support site, along with general Loupe Browser download and installation instructions and tutorials.
