Jean Philibert
Chief People Officer
Jean Philibert has served as Chief People Officer of 10x Genomics since 2018, overseeing the development of a diverse team of professionals and fostering a rich company culture. Before joining 10x Genomics, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Analog Devices, a multinational company specializing in semiconductor manufacturing and technology, and as Chief People Officer at KIXEYE. Jean also held prior roles at EMC Corporation as Senior Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources for the company's Backup and Recovery Division. Jean earned a M.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Loyola University and a B.A. from the University of Iowa.
