Randy Wu
General Counsel and Secretary
Randy Wu currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary for 10x Genomics, where he is responsible for all legal matters. Randy joined the company in 2016 and was 10x's Vice President of Intellectual Property and Litigation prior to his appointment as General Counsel. Prior to 10x, Randy was a litigation attorney at Orrick specializing in intellectual property and life sciences. Randy earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California, San Francisco, and an A.B. in Chemistry from Harvard College.
