Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy donor, obtained from AllCells. Gene Expression, TCR and BCR libraries were generated from a single channel of Chromium Connect. Libraries were prepared following the Chromium Next GEM Automated Single Cell 5' Reagent Kits v2 User Guide (CG000384).
