The Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling Solution is a comprehensive approach to simultaneously examine the cellular context of the adaptive immune response and immune repertoires of hundreds to tens of thousands of T and B cells in human or mouse on a cell-by-cell basis. With the addition of Feature Barcoding technology, you can also detect and analyze additional cellular readouts, such as cell surface markers and antigen specificity, to enhance immune cell phenotyping and study dynamic interactions between lymphocytes and target cells.
Online training is provided both for the Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 5′ (v1.1 Chemistry) workflow and software analysis, descriptions of which are provided below.
Workflow Online Training
This online training webinar provides users an introduction to the 10x Genomics technology, it focuses on sample requirements for single cell inputs, and it will train users to simultaneously measure TCR, B cell Ig, cell surface protein expression, and 5’ gene expression in the same cells using the Single Cell Immune Profiling application from 10x Genomics. The live webinar includes a question and answer opportunity at the end.

Analysis Online Training
These online training webinars train users how to run the Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling Software Suite, a complete package for assembling, analyzing, and visualizing V(D)J sequences and clonotypes, gene expression profiles, and Feature Barcoding technology enabled cell surface protein expression. The training includes Cell Ranger Analysis Pipelines, Loupe V(D)J Browser, and Loupe Cell Browser visualization tools.
Two software trainings are offered, and users may select either or both trainings to suit their learning and analysis needs. Training 1 includes Cell Ranger Gene Expression and Loupe Cell Browser; Training 2 includes Cell Ranger V(D)J and Loupe V(D)J Browser.
