The 10x Cloud Analysis web browser app supports reanalysis of single cell datasets processed on the web app. The 10x Cloud pipeline is equivalent to running the reanalyze pipeline in Cell Ranger or Cell Ranger ARC.

1. Navigate to the "Analyses" tab on the UI.
2. Click the three dots in the "Analysis" column next to the 10x Cloud Analysis you would like to reanalyze. Reanalysis of aggregated analyses is not available in the 10x Cloud Analysis web app.
3. Select the "Reanalyze" option.

4. Make the appropriate selections for reanalysis (scroll down for additional optional parameters). Finally, click "Run Analysis".
