This spreadsheet can be used calculate the total reads required to sequence a pool of 10x Genomics Single Cell libraries, and to select an Illumina platform and flow cell with sufficient read output. Select an appropriate Illumina reagent kit with enough cycles for the desired run configuration. Not all library types can be pooled and sequenced together. This calculator will NOT call out incompatibilities.
