Sentira Single Cell is an agentic analysis tool for 10x Genomics Chromium data. You ask scientific questions and provide instructions in plain language and Sentira develops an analysis plan, runs it, and returns the results. You review and direct each step along the way.

Sentira Single Cell is designed to provide reliable and reproducible analyses, not a black box. Developed and refined in house by 10x Genomics on 10x data, Sentira runs the analysis using established best practices for commonly used single cell analysis tools, and shows its work in an editable notebook. Every step is captured so you can inspect, adjust, and re-run any decision that Sentira made.

To achieve scientific rigor, Sentira divides the work among three specialized agent types:

• The Planning Agent translates your hypothesis or research question into an explicit analysis plan for you to review and approve.
• The Coding Agent carries out the approved plan by iteratively authoring and executing a Jupyter notebook, adding markdown and code cells, running code, and inspecting the results. As it works, it evaluates each result and adapts the analysis to correct implementation issues, account for confounding factors, and revise assumptions that prove incorrect.
• The Reviewer Agent assesses whether the completed analysis is scientifically sound, flagging issues such as inappropriate methods, incorrect statistical tests, or results that do not support the requested analysis. It returns a pass or fail with per-cell feedback, which the Coding Agent uses to address the specific issues surfaced.

Sentira Single Cell is scalable. Because Sentira Single Cell runs on 10x Cloud, it scales to larger and more complex datasets without requiring you to manage any infrastructure. Each analysis runs in an isolated environment with commonly used single cell analysis packages pre-installed, so you can start working immediately without setting up or configuring any software.
