Spatial Gene and Protein Expression

product-intro
What is Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene and Protein Expression?

Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene and Protein Expression simultaneously measures whole transcriptome and highly multiplexed protein expression of FFPE tissue sections in a spatially resolved manner by mapping gene and protein expression over a high-resolution microscope image of the H&E- or IF-stained tissue.
