Ready-to-use subpanel options

Xenium Protein subpanels are purchased separately. Multiplex all 6 subpanels or only run subpanels of interest. Cell segmentation markers (E-cadherin, Vimentin, AlphaSMA, and CD45) are required for Xenium Protein runs and are included in the Xenium RNA & Protein Assay Bundle.
