Cell Ranger v10.0 is now available on 10x Cloud Analysis:
- Enables GEM-X Flex v2 (Flex Apex) analysis. Flex v2 human and mouse probe sets are available as options in the analysis setup workflow.
- In the Sample Information section for multiplex analysis, you can now upload a sample barcode CSV file (format described here), in addition to manually entering (select dropdown option or type) sample and barcode information into the table.
- Enables Flex analyses with two probe set files (at least one must be a 10x predesigned probe set).
- Cell Ranger v10.0 is available in the TXG CLI v4.1.0. Download here.
Cloud Analysis is now available in the countries/regions of China and Hong Kong. Optional paid services are only available in the United States and Canada. See Usage outside the U.S. and Canada on our Billing page for more information.
