The Chromium Controller is compatible with our suite of Chromium Single Cell products, including Single Cell Gene Expression, Single Cell Immune Profiling, and Single Cell ATAC. Chromium Single Cell products require a number of assay-dependent reagents and consumables. Explore our Product Selector to determine the components necessary for your application. You can process between 1–8 samples in one run, loading up to 10,000 cells per sample.
